I got my start in photography in 1971 when I bought a Pentax SLR from the PX while I was in the military. Though I enjoyed photography quite a lot, the camera was brought out mostly for vacations and special events.
I joined the Digital revolution in 2008 when I purchased a refurbished Nikon D40X in 2008. A fire was lit and my photography changed from something I fancied to a passion. Over the last few years I have worked hard educating myself, taking thousands upon thousands of images, and working on developing my photography and creativity. Through attending a number of workshops, I have seen my craft and passion nurtured and my creative eye developed.
Scripture tells us “The Earth is the Lord’s and all its fullness thereof…” I especially enjoy showing others God’s glory through His creation and that is the driving force behind my photography.
